Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business development strategies.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
