Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to pitch and sell personal loan products.

• Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility clearly.

• Convert leads into successful sales while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Maintain a database of interested customers and follow up regularly.

• Coordinate with banking partners for documentation and loan approvals.

• Educate customers about bank funding processes and loan management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior telecalling/sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.

• Basic knowledge of personal loans and banking (we will provide training).
