We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B telecom sales and will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and promoting our telecom and leased line products.
Identify and target new business opportunities in the B2B segment
Pitch telecom solutions including leased lines, broadband, and voice services to corporate clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure timely service delivery
Generate proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance in CRM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Good understanding of telecom products (leased lines, PRI, MPLS, broadband, etc.)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–5 years of experience in telecom sales or B2B business development
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
