As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand and play a key role in driving membership growth and promoting our fitness services. Your goal will be to identify potential clients, understand their fitness needs, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Proactively generate leads and convert them into memberships through walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting benefits and features that meet prospective members' needs.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about all services and promotions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous prospects through phone calls, emails, and CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and sales.
Participate in outreach events and local marketing initiatives.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or health industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
