The role involves selling software solutions, IT services, and customized applications to businesses and clients.

Responsibilities:

1 Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

2 Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

3 Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions, software, and services.

4 Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with clients.

5 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.

6 Negotiate and close software, IT solutions, and service contracts.

7 Maintain sales records, CRM tools, and prepare reports on sales performance.

8 Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

9 Work closely with technical and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.

10 Assist clients with post-sales support and customer satisfaction management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.

✔ Experience in IT sales, software sales, or B2B sales (preferred).

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔ Knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation, and sales analytics.

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
