1. Tele Sales & Tele Calling

   • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and offers.

   • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful sales.

   • Maintain a positive and persuasive tone to effectively convince customers.

2. Communication & Convincing Skills

   • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

   • Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to offer suitable solutions.

   • Handle objections confidently and close sales with a customer-first approach.

3. Social Media Engagement

   • Manage and respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

   • Share product details, promotions, and offers via social platforms to drive conversions.

   • Ensure timely replies and maintain a helpful and friendly brand voice.

4. Customer Support & Query Handling

   • Assist customers by answering their queries related to products, orders, delivery, and returns.

   • Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

   • Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer preferences.

5. Customer Relationship Management

   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication.

   • Ensure a personalized experience to encourage repeat business and referrals.

   • Keep a record of customer interactions and follow-ups.

6. Sales Reporting & Coordination

   • Maintain daily records of calls made, messages sent, and orders closed.

   • Coordinate with dispatch and back-end teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

   • Share feedback from customers with the team to improve services.
