Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for driving new business through prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our solutions.
Effectively handle objections and engage with customers to convert opportunities into closed sales.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients, tailoring your approach to their business needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement, answer questions, and close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
