Job Summary

Kapil Properties is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives and Managers to join our team. Join us in promoting and selling our properties while building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, cold-calling, and direct engagement.

• Sales & Client Management: Conduct property site visits with prospective clients, address client inquiries, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional campaigns. Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and online advertisements.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

 Education: Intermediate and above.

 Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus           

Skills:

o          Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o          Familiarity with real estate CRM tools is a bonus.
