This position involves managing outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers 15000-25000 salary in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyse customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have experience in personal loan and overdraft.

• Candidate must have minimum 3 months and more than experience fintech industry.

• Any graduate can apply.
