Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
· Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
· Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
· Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the buying/renting process.
· Maintain daily updates in CRM and coordinate with internal sales & legal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or field sales with proven ability to meet targets.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle client interactions.
· Basic knowledge of the local real estate market and property documentation processes.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and basic computer applications.
· Willingness to travel for site visits, work flexible hours including weekends, and maintain a professional appearance.
