Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients, distributors, importers, hospitals, and pharmacies (both domestic and international).

• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

• Promote company products across Oncology, HIV, Nutraceutical, and Branded Generic segments.

• Conduct market and competitor research to formulate effective sales strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Export, Logistics, etc.) for seamless order execution and client satisfaction.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain consistent client follow-ups and handle post-sales communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or international business development.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Skilled in MS Office, CRM software, and professional email communication.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical documentation, regulatory procedures, and export operations is an advantage.

• Target-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
