Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and handle inbound leads
Qualify leads, pitch services/products, and follow up till conversion
Maintain records in CRM / call log
Achieve assigned calling & sales targets
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication (English / Hindi / regional)
Good persuasion, negotiation & objection‑handling skills
Basic computer/CRM usage
Target-driven, organized, and resilient
10+2 pass (Graduates preferred); experience in telecalling is a plus
