Job Description – Ayurveda Telesales Executive

Location: B, 183 4th Floor, DDA Shed, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Position: Ayurveda Telesales Executive (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide guidance about Ayurveda products.

• Make outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable Ayurvedic product for their problem.

• Explain product usage instructions clearly and provide lifestyle/food guidance to support treatment.

• Collect and confirm customer address details to ensure smooth delivery of medicines across India.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Work professionally to build customer trust and long-term relationships.

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Lunch Break: 01:00 PM – 01:45 PM

• 7 days working (Roster-wise weekly off)

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

• Passion for Ayurveda and customer service.

• Basic knowledge of computers and call handling.

• The employee must arrange a new SIM card for official calls.

• Fresher candidates are welcome (training will be provided).

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

• Performance-based incentives: Earnings up to ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month possible.

• Professional training in Ayurveda product knowledge and telesales skills.
