Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries.
Explain course details, admission process, and fee structure clearly.
Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams for smooth operations.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting student relationships.
