🧩 Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated and persuasive Sales Executives who can pitch our offerings to aspiring dropshippers, e-commerce enthusiasts, and offline sellers looking to go online. You will be the first point of contact and a key part of our brand’s growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch Drpshippr’s services to potential customers via WhatsApp, calls, and Zoom demos.

• Follow up with leads from Instagram, website, and ads.

• Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.

• Convert leads to paid subscribers or VAS users.

• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Act as a brand representative and build trust with prospects.

• Collect feedback from customers and share with product/ops teams.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Freshers are also welcomed.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi preferred).

• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.

• Sales experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic understanding of dropshipping/e-commerce models (training will be provided).
