We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 6 months to 5 years of experience in telesales or product sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs to offer effective solutions.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities through proactive calling and follow-ups.
Build strong rapport with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to ensure effective pitching.
Collaborate with internal teams, including support and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience: 6 months to 5 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office, email communication).
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
