Key Responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.

2. Answering inbound calls and providing information about the company’s offerings.

5. Handling customer queries and objections in a polite and professional way.

6. Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th class and 6 to 3 year . The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
