Key Responsibilities

• Identify, reach out, and convert potential customers for Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) products.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Generate leads through calling, and customer references.

• Maintain active follow-up with interested leads to ensure closures.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and partner bank policies.

• Update sales data, feedback, and customer interactions in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome; Paid training will be provided).
