Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business. The role includes finding new customers, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and follow sales plans to meet company targets.
• Find and approach new customers through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Study the market to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Work with the marketing team to run campaigns, events, and digital promotions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep proper records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Track sales and marketing performance and suggest improvements.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and events.

Key Skills & Competencies

• English communication skills must (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online platforms.
• Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Degree will be work.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers may also apply)
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be helpful.
