Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our financial services team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loans, business loans, and credit card products to potential customers. This role demands strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell loans (personal, business, etc.) and credit card products to individual and corporate customers.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital campaigns.

• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct customer profiling, understand financial needs, and recommend suitable loan or credit card products.

• Assist customers in documentation and application processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Provide accurate information on product features, interest rates, eligibility, and processing.

• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, disbursements, and after-sales service.

• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in loans, credit cards, banking, or financial products. Freshers with high motivation may also apply.

• Strong understanding of the Lucknow market and customer behaviour.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
