We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions to close sales.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
