Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell book publishing services.

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

• Maintain and update client databases for efficient workflow.

• Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

• Handle customer data and conversations with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience Range: 6 months to 6+ years in telecalling or sales.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Proficient in maintaining call logs and sales records.

• Must be willing to work from the office, 6 days a week.

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
