Role Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives who can connect with entrepreneurs, understand their needs, and help them discover how BlackPapers can support their business journey.

This role is remote but we’re specifically looking for candidates based in Lucknow, as occasional in-person meetups or events may be planned in the city.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients (NGOs, startups, entrepreneurs) through cold calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up messages.

• Understand their pain points and explain relevant BlackPapers services (GST, Trademark, Compliance, Accounting, NGO Registrations, and more).

• Maintain and update CRM with lead status and progress.

• Share service benefits, clear doubts, and guide them to onboard.

• Build relationships with long-term value in mind, not just one-time sales.

• Collaborate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Comfortable with telephonic/WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.

• Basic understanding of business services like GST, Registration, Compliance is preferred (training will be provided).

• Must be based in Lucknow with a reliable phone and internet connection.

• Motivated, self-disciplined, and honest—this is not a micro-managed job.
