We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive (B2B) to manage and convert qualified leads provided by the company. Your main goal will be to connect with potential dealers, distributors, or corporate clients, understand their needs, and convert them into active customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, understands business-to-business communication, and enjoys closing deals rather than searching for leads.
Contact pre-qualified leads shared by the company through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Present and explain company products/services clearly and professionally to B2B clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or pricing solutions.
Maintain strong follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed business orders.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners for repeat sales.
Update all lead activities, call notes, and progress details in the CRM or Excel sheet.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly sales conversion and revenue targets.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles (B2B preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and local languages.
Ability to handle multiple leads, follow up regularly, and close deals efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
