Position: Sales Executive (Fresher Role)

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Executives who are freshers and eager to kickstart their career in real estate sales. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer interaction, career growth, and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective buyers using provided leads and data calling.

- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant property options.

- Coordinate and assist in property site visits with team members.

- Support the team in closing deals by following up with clients and providing required assistance.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and track lead status effectively.

- Build positive customer relationships and work collaboratively within the team.

Requirements:

- Freshers welcome; training will be provided

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn sales techniques and real estate market trends

- Strong decision-making and negotiation aptitude

- Language proficiency: English, Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage)

- Must be flexible to work during the day shift

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
