What You’ll Do:
Make high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to introduce and promote our medical technology products
Follow up on inbound inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
Understand client needs through active listening and offer tailored product solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service over the phone
Present product benefits clearly and persuasively to inspire interest and trust
Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align tele sales strategies and achieve targets
Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen telecommunication and product knowledge skills
Stay informed about industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to seize new sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in tele calling, sales, or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory—your skills and attitude are what matter most
Confident and warm communicator with clear diction and a persuasive, friendly phone presence
Patient and resilient, capable of handling rejections with grace and enthusiasm
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the fast-paced healthcare technology environment
Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM and digital communication tools
Genuine interest in healthcare and medical technology innovation
