As a Sales Executive in the Drashan Yatra Department, you will be responsible for driving sales of spiritual travel packages such as Char Dham Yatra, Vaishno Devi, Tirupati, and other pilgrimage tours. You will engage with customers, understand their spiritual travel needs, and provide tailored solutions that ensure a meaningful and seamless experience.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, online inquiries, and referrals
Explain yatra packages, itineraries, and inclusions to potential customers
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by building trust and offering value
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth travel execution
Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business
Upsell additional services like VIP darshan, accommodation upgrades, or travel insurance
Attend religious fairs, exhibitions, and community events to promote packages
Collaborate with B2B travel agents and maintain strong partner relationships
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Tourism preferred
1–3 years of experience in travel sales, especially spiritual tourism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of major pilgrimage destinations and cultural sensitivities
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets
Fluency in Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel and attend on-ground promotional events
