Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential students/learners via calls, emails, and other channels.

• Explain course details, career opportunities, and enrollment benefits.

• Guide students through the admission process and close enrollments.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and build strong relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Maintain sales records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in handling telephonic and online conversations.

• Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer service.

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, Psychology background is a plus).

• Freshers or up to 1 year of sales/customer service experience can apply.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer skills.
