Key Responsibilities:
● Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
● Share product details, images, pricing, and availability through digital channels
● Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
● Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
● Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) at the showroom or office
● Support in developing long-term relationships with wholesale and retail buyers
● Provide post-sales support and address any customer complaints or queries
