Handling B2B portals of INDIAMART, JUSTDAIL, and TRADEINDIA for leads generation.
· preparing MIS report regarding enquiries, quotations given and orders
· Handling inbound & out bound calls, share quotations to clients & follow-up the leads for conversion
· Generate business from Existing /Old customers
· Maintaining a register of Inbound & out bound calls of the B2B customers
· Handling emails & enquiries of online portals
· Monitoring all online sales activities including price negotiations, quotation preparation, order follow-ups & dispatches of online order.
· Negotiate the quotation price & closing the orders and dispatch the orders to customers on time.
