We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, explaining our products, generating leads, and assisting in sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow in a manufacturing sales environment.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
Generate new business leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain customer database and call records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with sales and production teams for quotations, orders, and dispatch updates.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling or Telesales (manufacturing or B2B preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
Ability to learn about products and explain them confidently to customers.
