This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, meetings, and customer communications.

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials and information.

• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, email campaigns, and promotional events.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 0 - 2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
