We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to support our sales team and enhance the efficiency of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–4 years of experience in sales or a similar role and should be comfortable with both internal coordination and client communication.
Assist the sales team in daily operations and coordination.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain and update sales records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with other departments (such as logistics, accounts, and production) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow-ups for payments.
Track sales targets and report on performance.
Support marketing efforts including handling leads and database management.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
