We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities via platforms like IndiaMART and other project-based sources, reaching out to potential buyers, explaining our product range, and briefing them on pricing and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial/B2B sales and strong communication skills.
Actively search and identify potential leads through IndiaMART, trade portals, and ongoing industrial projects.
Call and follow up with new leads daily to understand their requirements.
Provide product details, specifications, and pricing information clearly and professionally.
Maintain a strong understanding of our stainless steel spare parts used in manufacturing applications.
Update CRM or lead tracking system with daily call reports and lead status.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, quotes, and follow-ups.
Understand and analyze customer needs to suggest the right product solutions.
Maintain relationships with prospective and current customers for repeat business.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing products.
Familiarity with platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, etc.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi (and/or regional language if needed).
Basic understanding of metal products or spare parts used in manufacturing processes.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
1–3 years of experience in telesales or lead generation in the industrial domain.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Engineering or equivalent field is a plus.
Experience working with CRM software or lead management tools.
