The Sales Coordinator at our manufacturing unit plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless communication between the sales, production, and logistics departments. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing administrative support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily sales operations, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales metrics, and updating customer records.
Handle inquiries from customers and provide them with product information, pricing, and availability.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order entry, and coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery, resolving any issues that arise during the process.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing them with excellent service and addressing their needs promptly.
Handle customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Sales Coordination:
