We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, and converting prospects into customers. Experience in real estate or tele calling sales is highly desirable.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through tele calling, referrals, and field activity
• Convert leads into site visits and client meetings
• Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, legal documents, and amenities
• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and provide end-to-end support
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and follow up on all leads diligently
• Update CRM/database with customer interactions and status
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and customer support
✅ Candidate Requirements
• Minimum Experience: 6 months+ in real estate, telesales, or field sales (preferred)
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi (English/Marathi is a bonus)
• Education: Minimum Graduate preferred
• Skills:
o Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
o Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
o Professional appearance and confident attitude
o Familiarity with Mumbai's real estate market is an advantage
