Job Description:
1.Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
2.Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
3.Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
4.Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
5.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
6.Aggressively achieving the sales target.
7.Continuous follow up with the customers.
8.Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
9.Experience in managing the sales team and generating maximum sales from team.
Job Specification
1.Excellence in real estate/insurance sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
2.Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry.
3.Good communication and negotiation skills.
4.Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter with an ability to work independently.
5.Ready to take-up the pressure.
6.2 or 4 wheelers compulsory.
