Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-purchase support to ensure satisfaction.
Reporting:
Generate and provide sales reports to management, offering feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
