We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The role requires proactive lead generation, customer engagement, and driving qualified site visits through telephonic interaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Generate interest and schedule site visits for field sales closures.
Regularly update CRM systems with lead information and follow-ups.
Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and deal closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 0 months to 2 years in telecalling/telesales; real estate domain is a plus.
Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/MS Office.
