Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads provided by the company.
Brief clients about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including plots, villas, apartments, and farmlands.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable project options.
Schedule and follow up on site visits.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
Build a positive relationship with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams.
