Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads or database.

Introduce and promote real estate services, projects, or properties to potential customers.

Provide information about property features, pricing, availability, and investment opportunities.

Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about the properties.

Schedule property visits or appointments for interested customers and follow up accordingly.

Maintain a database of potential clients, leads, and their communication details.

Track and update customer interactions and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets, achieve business objectives, and close deals.

Stay updated with knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Provide excellent customer service, build rapport with potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and address their queries.

Maintain professionalism, adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and potentially other regional languages spoken in Bangalore.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and understanding of real estate terminology.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively promote real estate services and properties.

Good listening skills to understand customer requirements and address their concerns.

Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and email communication.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment, meet sales quotas, and achieve performance goals.

Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.

Familiarity with real estate regulations, documentation processes, and legal aspects is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
