Responsibilities:
Call potential buyers to promote real estate projects.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with leads.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain call records and meet daily/weekly targets.
Requirements:
10+2 or graduate; 6 months–2 years tele-sales experience (real estate preferred).
Good communication in English, Telugu/Hindi.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer and CRM skills.
