Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets for residential/commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide property details through calls, meetings, and site visits.

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other market activities.

• Manage and nurture relationships with prospective clients to close sales.

• Provide professional guidance to clients regarding property options, investment benefits, and project details.

• Conduct property presentations and site inspections.

• Maintain updated knowledge of property market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred: Bachelor's in any field)

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp communication
