Analyze product or system requirements and develop structured test plans and strategies to verify each phase .
Test Case Design & Execution
Create detailed test cases, perform manual (and sometimes automated) testing, and conduct regression checks after fixes .
Bug Detection & Tracking
Identify, document, and track defects or issues; retest to confirm resolutions .
Audits & Inspections
Conduct internal/external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements .
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, prepare and present detailed quality reports .
Root-Cause Investigation & Corrective Actions
Perform root-cause analysis, suggest preventive measures, and implement corrective actions .
Policy, Process Development & Training
Draft/update QA policies, quality management procedures, and train teams on best practices .
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with developers, engineers, production teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues .

Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability .
Quality Methodologies & Tools: Familiar with QA software, statistical tools, auditing methods (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO frameworks) .
Communication Skills: Able to write reports and engage with diverse teams .
Certifications (Optional but Valuable): ISTQB, Six Sigma.
Educational Background: Typically a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field .
