Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (QA) from the BPO industry with 1 to 5 years of on-paper QA experience. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring calls, evaluating performance, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The role involves providing training, feedback, and guidance to agents on how to handle calls effectively, improve communication, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with team leaders to identify training needs and implement quality improvement strategies.
Responsibilities:
Audit and evaluate inbound/outbound calls.
Provide coaching on call handling and communication techniques.
Conduct refresher training sessions for agents.
Maintain daily and weekly quality reports.
Requirements:
1–5 years of on-paper QA experience in BPO.
Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of quality tools and MS Excel.
