Job Overview:
As a Telecaller at Visa Profiles Immigration Services, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound communication, including cold calls to attract new clients and follow-ups with current customers to maintain strong relationships. You will be integral in providing information, generating interest, and ensuring our clients are well-informed about the immigration services we offer. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to potential and existing customers about our immigration services to generate interest.

• Engage with customers using a script, aiming to increase the chances of closing sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer data, interactions, and purchase details for future reference.

• Build rapport with clients by addressing their questions and offering solutions in a customer-first approach.

• Meet weekly sales targets, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve sales efforts and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service (0-1 years).

• Proficiency in English, Telugu, Hindi (preferred).

• Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary.

• Availability to work six days.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-first attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
