Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the initial client engagement, understanding their requirements, providing detailed property information, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. You will also work closely with the marketing team to craft proposals, presentations, and property showcases that align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, both online and offline, and engage in initial consultation calls or meetings.
Understand client requirements (budget, preferences, location, etc.) and provide tailored property suggestions.
Pre-qualify leads and assess their interest and purchasing ability.
Property Knowledge & Research:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current real estate inventory, including residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local area developments to better advise clients.
Prepare Presentations & Proposals:
Develop detailed, personalized presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Create property comparison reports, including price analysis and potential investment return estimates.
Support the Sales Team:
Assist in preparing documents for property transactions, including contracts, legal paperwork, and financing options.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of prospects from the pre-sales stage to post-sales follow-up.
