Handle inbound/outbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in leads.
Provide detailed information about available real estate projects.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and readiness to buy.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.
Liaise with marketing teams to ensure lead quality and quantity.
Prepare and send brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Provide regular reports on lead performance and conversion ratios.
