We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Presales Executive to join our team at The Squad Realestate Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating property-related information, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth client conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from online and offline property portals.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.

• Maintain and update client databases and follow up regularly.

• Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and offers.

• Assist in lead qualification and ensure timely handover to sales for closures.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality customer communication.

• Support marketing and sales teams in pre-launch campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, or property portals is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a target-driven, team-oriented environment.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)
