Key Responsibilities:

• Work on company-provided leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, understand their property requirements, and provide project details.

• Schedule and confirm site visits with interested clients, coordinating with the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer interactions, and site visits in the CRM.

• Ensure professional communication and quick follow-up with prospects.

• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).

• Basic knowledge of real estate, customer service, or telecalling will be an advantage.

• Good interpersonal skills with confidence to handle client queries.

• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools desirable.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
